 Registered Nurses(RN's) -

• Establishes the care plan according to the Physicians orders.
•  Provide treatment.
• Educate clients and their families
• Administer medications, and
• Perform reassessment and report client's status to the Physician.

Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) -

• Follow the same care plan.
• Provide many skilled treatments under supervision of an RN to whom they report changes in client status.

Home Health Aides(HHAs) -

• Facilitate the many activities of daily living under RN's supervision.
• Home Health Aides assist clients in daily routines such as bathing, dressing, ambulatory and simple physical exercises.
• Light housekeeping
• Perform laundry,
• Shopping and
• Nutritious meals preparation are examples.
